My Experience in Italy

WEEK 1

After arriving in Italy, the service arrived and dropped me off at Hive Hotel. I checked in at Hive Hotel and was amazed how the room looked like. It was exactly the same as the picture they had online. After taking a quick 30 mins nap, I visited the famous Colosseum. It’s structure was mind blowing and impeccable. According to some, it was the main symbol of Rome. Well, come to think of it every time we think about Rome or hear about Rome, The Colosseum is the first thing we think of.

WEEK 2

One of the places I visited in Florence is Uffizi Gallery to see and witness the Renaissance Art. Well, the paintings and all kinds of art are very amazing knowing they made it way before. Their kind of works are now considered as classics in the world of literature and arts. After visiting the gallery, I checked in at Hotel Hermitage. The staff was so polite and I respect them for it.

The 4th day of my second week was spent well by going to Milan. The main reason why I went to Milan is to check the famous painting called The Last Supper painted by the talented painter named Leonardo Da Vanci. The same painter who made the masterpiece Mona Lisa, a painting with a girl’s face on it.

WEEK 3

I visited two places within a week, the first one was Naples and the second was Pisa. Well, the memorable one for me was the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It’s one of a kind I must say. Known for it’s nearly forty degree lean. Reading from the internet is way different from seeing it in real life.

WEEK 4

The time was so quick that I didn’t even realize I was leaving by the end of the week. The last place I visited was the Verona Arena, a Roman Amphitheater. According to a source, they still use it today for the large-scale opera performances. What a great view before I leave!
